If you look at my Telugu blog http://en.chavakiran.com/blog at the end of each post there is transliteration to Roamn script i.e. you can read Telugu language in English alphabets (Roman in true sense) Whereever possible I included a link of each post to English Translation. Hope it helps to spend some more reading Telugu.
